I have been busy starting a business for the last year, and I have not been able to travel at all! Finally, we are taking a trip down to Miami, and will be going yachting. It is a pseudo-business trip, but at least we are doing it.
Any tips on getting the time off and making the arrangements so that I can travel more often? |

When I was just getting my business off the ground, taking time off was impossible. Once things settle down, and also depending on what kind of business you are operating, you will hopefully be able to schedule in some vacation time. I am very flexible with my clients, so they don't mind me taking time off when I travel. As of April this year, I have committed to a University and have found it difficult to re-schedule classes for make-ups so I try to travel during the school breaks(in Japan Feb. & March & Sept. & Oct. whcih is my usual travel time anyhow!). |
