In case you think that renting a car from one company is probably going to be the same as renting one from any other, think again! Yesterday I had to get a one way rental from San Diego to Victorville. Enterprise... $70+. Hertz... $80+. Budget... $26!
Luckily I shopped around... :D |

I had an family death a while back, 6-8 months. My cousins father's father.
It was in the nearby town and there no air planes used to fly so we went by Car.Took us freaking 6 hours to reach by car at an speed of 100.Was fun as we were in a big jeep, most of my cousins were there. We had rented 3 jeeps, one was full of cousins, one was of family and one of the guards and drivers as we needed protection too as the town wasnt very safe.
Was quite fun actually, loved it! |

Enterprise is as expensive as Hertz these days. Good thing you shopped around because prices vary. I like Alamo, National, Budget, and just about any el-cheapo company. Rent a Wreck does well too!

| One way rentals are so expensive. I don't get it myself, and I think it's kinda nuts, but there it is. I would definitely suggest using one of the Travelocity type sites to get the best rates. |
